I needed Federal Pacific panel box replaced I'n my home as a matter of safety. Not knowing a reputable electrical contractor I opened the phone book and immediately noticed Jfive. Family owned since 1992 I called and spoke to Jerry and requested an estimate. He arrived within the hour and within 15 minutes it was obvious I had by chance contacted a honest reliable craftsman. He surveyed my needs and presented me with a precise estimate for my needs. No pressure, just straight facts and competing pricing. I could have called 10 more companies and I believe would have traded down with any one of them. By the end of the following day my electrical update was completed and up to code using the best of materials. This man was true to his word from start to finish with a professional understanding and demeanor. I feel fortunate to find him and do not hesitate to recommend him to all. Over a two-day period, we had two electrical panels replaced, some related work, new electrical circuits and whole house surge/lightning protectors installed in our home. All work done was very thorough, neat, professional and of a high quality. The technicians were very customer focused had a great work ethic and strong values. We found the work done to be competitively priced and would highly recommend these folks to others.

We needed phone jacks repaired and our alarm system to be re-connected to the phone line. Jeremy B, our technician, was very professional and courteous, explaining everything along the way. I am sometimes apprehensive to use a local service, and normally would have called Verizon to come...but I am glad I didn't! I appreciate J-Five Electric's service, and highly recommend them!

The Boss showed up to solve my front rooms outage - he checked every plug & outlet in sight,stretched across beds - in dark corners - inside & out - behind a heavy TV - the whole circuit board panel - & solved the problem without one wasted moment. Fair price for labor. Then left giving me good advice about the electricity in this 50 year old home. R.Mcg.

After reading in the newspaper about dangerous federal pacific electrical panels, we called J-Five out to replace the two panels we had in our home. They were half the price of someone else we called out. They were able to replace the panels quickly and even brought a generator so I could have power to take care of my baby\'s needs while the power was out. What a breath of fresh air they were! They cleaned up after themselves and vacummed everywhere they walked. They did great work, even the inspector was impressed with the job they did!

I needed an installation in my home. It was easy to set up a service call with J-Five because they worked within my schedule and were very courteous. The electrician was on time, clean and ploite and he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He completed the job in the time he said it would tak and, best of all, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use J-five again and tell others about their great customer service...something hard to find these days!

We had just sold our home and then we found out we had to have our entire electrical panel replaced before we could close. We were stuck. Fortunately I found out about J-5 Electric from a friend. I called them and they came right out and replaced the panel in time for us to close. They were very professional and friendly. They saved us from a lot of headaches. They are going to have all my electrical business from now on.

Using a Contractor for the 1st time can be scary, but these guys take the fear away ... They did just what was needed, showed up when they said they would and it ended up costing just what they quoted ... They even clean up after themselves ... If its Electrical, you've found your guys
